Always incredibly helpful and patient.
They helped me piece together a through axel adapter for my gravel bike so that it can now fit on my Kickr smart trainer. I arrived with only metrics from an Australian setup. 5 minutes later I was on my way home with the seemingly random assortment of parts for a successful application.

My first encounter with Ollie's was positive however my second was not. In fact, it was downright offensive. When getting prices for a fair-sized order I was told I would get the tax taken off for my military service which comes to nearly 10% of course. I was grateful. The gentleman asked to see my ID card which I gladly provided. Apparently my military ID looks different than the examples he has in his book. He then proceeded to tell me he would give me 5% off rather than the nearly 10%. In other words, he thought I was lying to him...he doesn't believe that I'm a veteran. I guess 25 years isn

The owner of this store was personal, friendly and kind! I had such a great customer service experience that I had to share it. I went in looking to buy a hat that said "Ollie's" on it for my nephew named Ollie, and the owner overheard and gave me a work apron for free. In addition, the store was stocked with everything expected from a store like that. Definitely recommend it!! 👌

Great service, nice and helpful people at both pocola and the poteau stores. Have most everything you need and priced good too.
