If I could give this business 0 stars I would. This business is absolute trash. Everything they do is a complete SCAM. They have every type of issue you can when running a business. They don't speak English, their manager is in MEXICO which means any time you need to speak to a manager they call them through the computer on a headset and speak to them only in Spanish which means you are lost if you don't understand them. They literally had to use google translate to try and talk to me. It is absolutely ridiculous that they are running a business in America without speaking ANY English. Secondly

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND ONLY CARES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. I PAID FOR A PACKAGE $1,664. PAID IT OFF AND NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO FINISH TREATMENTS, ONLY HAD A TOTAL ABOUT 4,5 DONE. ON MY LAST VISIT THEY CONVINCE ME TO ADD TWO MORE AREAS FOR $500. NOW THAT I AM WANTING TO FINISH MY FIRST PACKAGE THEY ARE STATING THEY CAN NOT SEE ME BECAUSE I HAVE A BALANCE OF THE SECOND PACKAGE. WHICH I HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN ABLE TO FINISH PROCEDURE FOR MY FIRST PACKAGE SO WHY WOULD I GIVE MORE MONEY???! SO BASICALLY THEY ARE SAYING THEY CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB. The worst experience ever. First they charge you monthly but they don’t have enough personnel for you to book a monthly appointment. Then they always have excuses to cancel your appointment and when you need to reschedule it they book you a month away again. They ask you to come 10 minutes early, but they are always late (I’m always on time but I always have to wait 30-45 mins for them to start my session.) Totally not worth the money. And I did complain with Customer Service but they only make fun of me. Never apologize or gave me solutions.

Do not even think of coming here! I was a customer at Pro Laser about maybe 2 years ago. They never answer the phones, they are very unprofessional, charge account multiple times. I can go on with this place, I was never able to write a review because there was never an option even on Facebook. The app is definitely useless, I've tried to contact manager or owners left multiple messages, never heard from them. This place is a scam it is not worth it! They actually use the wrong laser machine. I would definitely recommend going to Renova laser!
