Our professionals are experts in the collaborative process. Collaborative law allows all parties and respective attorneys to work together to reach an efficient, fair, comprehensive settlement of all issues in a non-adversarial manner. The Collaborative Process utilizes informal discussions and conferences, and a pledge by the Collaborative Team to quickly and efficiently resolve all issues out of court and without litigation.

They are committed to the collaborative process and work together to reach a settlement on fair and equitable terms without the financial and emotional cost that often accompanies litigation.

Collaborative Law is a process whereby parties and their respective attorneys work together with the sole goal of reaching an efficient, fair, comprehensive settlement of all issues. The team of professionals assists and supports the parties as problem-solvers, not as adversaries.

The policy goals are to encourage peaceful and early resolutions of disputes in a non-adversarial manner which preserves the working relationship between the parties and reduces the emotional and financial toll of litigation.A pledge by the team to reach an out-of-court settlement and not to litigate.
The Collaborative Team is a combination of specifically-trained individuals with whom the parties work to resolve their disputes. In addition to the respective attorneys who will provide advocacy for their clients, the team includes a neutral financial expert and a neutral facilitator. The financial neutral will assist in gathering and analyzing the necessary financial data to educate the parties about their particular financial situation.
Collaborative Practice presents unique ethical considerations, whether practiced by lawyers only or a team of professionals from multiple disciplines. IACP Standards and Ethics are intended to address those considerations and to complement the regulatory and licensing requirements of each Collaborative professional.
Collaborate divorce is a non-judicial process in which the parties have agreed to work together with the goal of resolution. With the assistance of two attorneys, a neutral financial professional, and a neutral facilitator, the issues are addressed in a series of structured meetings so that all matters are addressed, clarified, and committed to written agreement.
