Great timely service with feedback on what you want. Something that I thought would take a few days was done in hours. The price is fair too if you aren't replacing parts so that was a really nice deal for the service! If you're in the buffalo area and aren't too great with computers BTS is the place you're looking for if you want quality service.

Went here to get my laptop unlocked as it hasn’t been used in 8yrs forgot the password. Kyle was able to have me logged in within 30mins! And even suggested other modifications to get my computer like new again. I’d definitely be using Buffalo Tech Systems in the near future for any of my tech needs.

Buffalo Tech Systems assisted our non-profit agency with a laptop repair recently. Not only was Kyle super responsive, he helped us out financially given our current lack of state funding. Kyle was super knowledgeable. He responded fast and explained everything in an easy-going way. He literally fixed a busted TouchPad andexploded battery in less than an hour and even offered to deliver it! Very reasonably priced. Would recommend. I plan on going back for another laptop.
