Disorganized, nobody knows what they are doing at the guard shack and BOL paperwork can not be found numerous times for loaded trailers sitting on their lot! Complete waste of time that truck drivers already don't have enough of!I have to have BOL emailed to my email from my office 1500 miles away, then take it to the guard, send it to their email so he can print it so I can go, for a trailer I am picking up on their lot! Avoid, avoid, avoid!
