Preventative health care is essential to ensure your dog or cat has a happy and healthy life. Our full in-house laboratory, ultrasound and radiology equipment allow us to effectively evaluate your pet's health, even in critical situations when time matters most. Dental health is a very important part of your pet's overall health, and dental problems can cause, or be caused by, other health problems.
Once a year, you should take your pet in for a check-up. This will include a full physical exam, and may include teeth and gum cleaning if needed. Dr. Emad Rafla will check the health of your pet from head to tail, and you will be very happy you came to Vine Animal Hospital for service. Bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come to our vet clinic.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

I have brought 2 rescues here, and they love the veterinarian and the staff. They pricing is very fair, they scheduled us quickly, and the business is clean. Dr. Rafla and his staff are amazing. We have been coming here for a couple of years now! I love how he, Tori, Robin, and Cassidy treat my fur baby as if it’s their own! I always receive excellent advice when needed. They were all supportive during a very distressing time when my dog had an emergency with his eye. They were not only there for my dog during that time, but me as well! For that, we will continue to revive vet services with Dr. Rafla and his staff!

Dr. Rafla is awesome. I have been going here for a little over two years now. I have four dogs and he has been great with all four. He makes sure to be very thorough and my dogs love him. The staff there is great too. They know who I am when I walk in and know the dogs by name. Love this place and I will be going here for any pet needs I have.

Dr. Rafla and his amazing staff (Tori!) are now truly a part of our family. After moving across the country we have found a place where we can take our puppy and KNOW he will be cared for in a loving, compassionate, and professional way. We began taking our pup Annie to Vine Animal Hospital less than a year ago. We had only gone in once before we began having problems with Annie's knee. She hurt it playing ball in our yard. In just the one short visit we had at Vine, my husband and I felt comfortable enough to trust Dr. Rafla and the surgeon with our pup. He walked us through all of our options and was always there to answer any questions we had. He has been amazing to us and our pup. We are so thankful for everything he has done.

I have two puppies at home and I called a number of places to ensure I was finding the right vet. I really appreciated how honest, kind and thoughtful the receptionist was when I called the first time, and when I called the second I actually spoke to Dr. Rafla himself. I later learned he does this often, as he likes to be very involved with his patients. He called my puppies my "babies" which I absolutely loved as it showed he would treat them as the special part of our family that they are. I was definitely not disappointed. Dr. Rafla is truly the subject matter expert because he provides me with more than sufficient amount of insight. He sets the benchmark for having incredible due diligence. I like to ensure my three cats receive the attention needed to live a long healthy life; therefore, his OCD like methods are favorable in my book.

After having a horrible, very expensive and fruitless experience at vca I found vine animal hospital out of desperation when my 8 week old puppy became critically ill. Dr. Rafla showed true concern and compassion for my dog and worked with me to get her healthy again. I have since returned with my other dog who is very sensitive and hard to handle for vaccinations. Very very positive experience. Dr. Rafla truly cares about the animals he treats. I would recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend doctor Rafla at Vine Animal Hospital. He is incredibly knowledgeable, energetic and could not be more compassionate. You can tell that he has a real love for animals, as he really gets to know your pet. He spends considerable time with you as he never rushes you through your appointment. Your pet will be in good hands with this doctor.
His office staff is amazing as well. They are extremely courteous and helpful. I'm very happy with my choice. This doctor came highly recommended to me and I feel very comfortable recommending him as well.

Dr. Rafla is fantastic - he is knowledgeable and personable. He helped me when our Andre had fleas. We were unable to get him to the clinic right away, but Dr. Rafla was able to fit him in the next Monday morning, but he already ordered the medication so we wouldn't experience any delays in Andre's care.

Dr. Rafla and Ashley we very knowledgeable and professional for our visit. I moved to the area and have been searching for a caring vet. After reading the reviews and hearing of the special rate for the annual visit, I decided to try Vine. We brought all 3 dogs (Thundercat, Ferra, & Stella) and were pleasantly greeted by Ashley. During our visit Dr.Rafla explained everything and the reason behind. We were also taken on a tour of the facility and were impressed with the cleanliness. We also got to meet his pup!

My neighbor and I rescued these two puppies when they were only 6 weeks old. They had worms and was very young. Since we rescued them and was only going to foster them we were not were not ready for this unexpected expense. After calling our own vet that didn't want to help us and wanted over $125 per puppy for their first visit, which we were not ready for. One our other neighbors recommended Dr. Rafla and we called and they were willing to help us with a discount since we rescued them. He took very good care of these two puppies!
