Our firm is dedicated to providing you with quality estate planning resources, so you can become familiar with all of the existing options. Probate and estate administration are the processes through which estate assets are transferred after death. When probate avoidance planning has not been implemented prior to death, the state will require a probate court proceeding if the deceased was a resident or owned assets in the state. Probate can be supervised or unsupervised.
Elder law is another aspect of estate planning, focusing primarily on the needs of families and individuals as they age. Issues of aging include senior housing and home care, long-term (or nursing home) care, guardianships and health care documents, Medicare and Medicaid. As our population ages, more and more of us confront elder law-related issues, whether for ourselves or our parents.
Asset protection services involve making prudent decisions today to protect yourself, your business, and your hard-earned assets from loss due to lawsuits, creditors or bankruptcies. This type of legal planning is especially prudent for professionals and business owners, whose personal assets could be at risk due the nature of their employment.
The "Veterans Aid and Attendance Pension" is a special Veterans Program designed to help veterans and/or their surviving spouses receive the financial support necessary to ensure their continuing care in their own home or in an assisted living or nursing home setting. Benefits may also be available for house-bound individuals that require daily assistance to maintain their health, dignity and safety.

Moulton Law Office is a joke. I called the office on 2 different occasions to make an appointment. Both times I was told by the phone guard that she had to talk to the attorney first. Evidently this women deems whether a case is important enough for them. I'm trying to protect a family member and I run into this kind of an obstacle.Waste of time. I wouldn't send my dog.

They refuse to return a phone call. After initial setup of the trust, they were nearly impossible for my parents to get a hold of without them going and sitting in the office until someone spoke to them. Now, after they passed, they drew up legal documents incorrectly (so they cannot be filed), while not doing others at all, resulting in months of delays and emotional upset. I have literally been calling them for over 5 months without a since call back!

They give good financial planning seminars, but do not hire them.

I voiced my concerns quite adequately to this firm and, while I requested a
