Our beautifully landscaped grounds accommodate a large 70 foot automated wash tunnel as well as two self-service wash bays. Our self-service vacuums are powerful and each bay is equipped with hand held dryers, especially useful for motorcycles!

Horrible experience. Paid for the ultimate car wash. there was no employee there for help and no one in attendance. Garage door to go through the car wash was locked. It took multiple calls to have someone answer. I waited 15 minutes before someone called and advised me that someone was on there way. No apologies. I have never been through a car wash like this. Your car does not go on an automatic drive. Usually you put your car in neutral and it moves along. Here you must move your car forward yourself. The car was not clean. It used no brushes that clean the car, just water spraying over it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Hated to give even one star! Purchased Platinum bundle. First wash no token - called office (no one available at car wash). Guy stated they’re only available till about 10 each day , but next time I go in let the guy know and he will give me a token - I advised with my schedule I won’t be able to make it before 10 -used 2nd car wash AGAIN NO TOKEN. I called office again -advised a VERY polite young man about my tokens and he took my name , phone number and address and said he would handle it. 4 days later it arrived in mail- well the envelope

I would give it a 0 if I could. Pulled up, went to the middle self-car wash bay, swiped my card, machine came back saying the card thing wasn't working and that it could only accept coins. Okay, whatever, move to the bay next to it. Swipe my card, screen says authorizing, goes completely black, says 3.16v and nothing else. I try to start using the car wash and the welcome screen comes back up saying I needed to swipe my card again. I again swipe my card, get the same authorization screen, goes black, says 3.16v, I try to use the machine and IT AGAIN DOESN'T WORK. Yet I get to log onto my back with

Worst service ever. Last week I used the Carpet scrubber/cleaner on my brand new truck. Afterwards my truck had a horrific odor a cross between a diaper and dog feces. To say the least I was upset. I called the company to inform them that what had happened. They approach the situation very nonchalantly. I asked for the owner or manager to call me asap.
