Steve is rude & nasty. Demands money from a homeowner in a difficult fire claim when the owner just got back from being a first responder in new York for 2 months & my wife is 8 months pregnant. Never informed us he was coming & a simple email would have been sufficient notice. Trying to blame the homeowner for his failure with the contractor is unethical at best. company doesn't care about the customer. Contact me for more info because I'm sure whatever they respond here will be inaccurate.

First class window treatments! We were able to complete our entire home and business using Draperies N Such. Steve was a master installer, and took great care of our personal belongings during the installation process. He was neat, exact, and the price we received was fair. The finished product came out better than we expected. We believe in paying for quality craftsmanship. We could not be happier with our choice. Do not use anyone else!

I used Draperies N' Such for verticals for a bedroom. They have a showroom and I went to take a look before scheduling the home visit. The sales woman was very helpful and there are lots of products on display. She came a few days later to measure and help me chose brand and color. My only issue is that I was not called when the verticals were ready. The shop was very busy and didn't take the time to schedule my installation. I finally called to ask what was taking so long. The installer is the owner which is good. He really knows his stuff and wants to make customers happy.
