Cannot express enough how awesome these guys were. I reached out at the beginning of the week with a sudden need for weekend removal and they were able to schedule me for Saturday and kept in continuous contact up to their arrival. Phil&Jake Showed up despite the snow from the night before and went up and down three flights of stairs to remove all the items. Half a truck filled within an hr. I also love how their website states their prices, and had an interactive model so you could guesstimate roughly your costs.

The team at Junk Recyclers are all super helpful, friendly, professional and a great value. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help removing old furniture/household items! Phil was very responsive to my questions about timing and quoted me a fair price for the service. Xander and Mike both arrived on time on the day of service, were very kind and got the job done in under 30 mins with no issues! Phillip is awesome! My roommate and I live an apartment complex in East Asheville and our maintenance department is currently understaffed. Therefore, they were unable to come and pick up a dryer from a previous tenant that had been sitting in our breezeway for over month. When I called Junk Recyclers, Phillip was extremely understanding of our situation and was willing to work with us. We had Dustin and Phil out to our property today to remove and haul off some large objects, including a giant old ‘70s satellite dish, and these guys are fantastic. I had a shed and platform that needed removing on the morning that a new shed was to arrive. They made a bid based not only on that specification, but also photos I sent showing both the shed and the platform.
When the crew arrived, they said (a) they did not know the platform was part of the project and (b) it would cost more to do the job. Since I was stuck, needing to have the old shed gone so the new shed could go in its place, I had no options but to pay more than the bid.

I reached out about a pick-up for a VERY bulky mattress, box springs, bed frame, and couple of boxes of books. I had a response in less than 24 hours. Coordinating my pick-up was SO easy via text. I was given the time frame of 9:00-10:00am before my pick-up date. On my pick-up date, I received a phone call from Phil at 9:01am telling me he was less than 10 minutes away. Couldn't be more pleased. The team, Dustin and Callis, showed up early (!) and were professional and efficient. They listened carefully, explained their system and got the job done faster than I had anticipated. They removed 20 years of left behind odds and ends from my rental house's basement, including a tub of hardened clay that no one previously had been able to even budge. They obviously have done this many times before....there was not a moment of fumbling or confusion. AND they swept the basement when they were done. Fabulous work ethic.

Called these guys based on the great reviews. They were super nice on the phone and came within the window of time we agreed upon. My only issue is with the pricing of the service. It ended up being way more than what I was expecting. I understand that they must see what you have before they can give you a firm price but the estimate I received was half what we were charged. They offer to give you "credit" for pieces they can use, fix up or resell in their store, but we got nothing even though one of the pieces was a fully functional office chair in good condition.
