Grommes Millwork is an architectural millwork firm based in Beloit, Wisconsin, founded in 1946 by Henry M. Grommes and his son, Bernard "Barney" Grommes, as a two-man shop known as "Grommes Kitchens" to provide high-quality cabinetry and countertops to meet the needs of local homeowners and builders during the post-World War II economic boom in the Stateline Area.
Over the past seven decades, Grommes Millwork has adapted to the ever-changing demands of the market and has thrived by expanding its offerings to institutional casework, liturgical furniture, and high-end residential and commercial millwork and fixtures, while still retaining the personability and accountability of a small, family-owned business.
