Bill Colie is a fantastic realtor! As a first-time buyer, everything about the process was new to me, and he led me through it like a pro! He was very responsive to my calls & emails, and knowledgeable about the area & market.

BEWARE...these people are terrible to deal with. We were totally burned. We failed two inspections because they don't communicate, they lie, and they have incompetent people working there. My real estate agent will let anyone he knows not to work with Ryan Hill Realty.
I totally understand a couple of delays in the home buying process, but when they don't get back to you for months...that's a problem. Then they will tell you anything to get you off the phone. Liars!!!
They are so quick to take your money and then thy disappear...
