The technician drove right to the house and fixed my iPhone 8 Plus in less than 20 minutes. My technician was right on time. Fixed my phone right the first time. Communication was very responsive. Answered all questions. Emailed me a receipt. Took my credit card. I will definitely use him again should I shatter my screen. Thanks for a five star experience.

I don't drive and wasn't trying to go through the hassle of sending my phone in for repair. Everything with this business was seamless and quick, i was able to set up everything through text. Showed up within the timeframe that promise, had the phone took apart and fixed within 10 or 15 minutes. This was even at 9:45 PM when they close at 10. You still willing to come and fix my phone. Props to him. Very fast and professional. Very polite. The best part was surprise, very reasonable her pockets Of any depth. I will for sure be spreading the word queue my friends and family and sending my business their way. But I do need some more business cards LOL thank you so much for your help and quick service. Very responsive service. Fixed in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, 2 days later I had issues with the screen that was replaced. They said it was all covered, however they tried to charge a $29 fee to come out and service something they just replaced. I tried to resolve, but they didn't budge. Even said they overcharged me, but I haven't seen that refund either. Disappointed in what I thought was a great group and service.

After just replacing my phone screen two weeks ago, I dropped it again the other night around 10:30. I desperately looked for places that would fix my screen within 24 hours. I messaged JoyTech Lab and got a response within minutes. Their quote is the lowest I have ever gotten and I'm here to tell you - I AM SO THANKFUL I USED THEM!!! Kenny met me at the location I requested and was even 15 minutes early. My phone screen was completely replaced within 20 minutes!!! Kenny works quickly and has a great attitude.

I'd had a similar issue in 2017, but I let it go and let it go until the phone finally became useless. The new phone had been my replacement, and realizing what had happened to the other one, as well as knowing I was heading on a lengthy vacation, I realized something had to be done ASAP.

Excellent customer service They came to my location which was very convenient and repaired my screen quickly and efficiently. I contacted a number of companies and JoyTech was the most responsive and competitively priced. My phone works perfectly and looks like new. I would definitely use them in the future if needed.

We had a broken screen and audio issues. I sent a message via yelp and received a reply within minutes. This company generally does on site repair but we are over an hour away so we were able to drop the phone off for repair. The technicians were very fast and friendly. We picked the phone up approximately 40 minutes later and the cost was cheaper than the insurance deductible. I will definitely use these guys again and recommend to everyone seeking phone repair services! Very satisfied!
