Brought my mom for an appointment today. Appointment scheduled for 2:30. Waited in the lobby for 1 hour and 3 minutes before being taken to a room… waiting for the doctor now. Let’s see how long this will take. Needless to say, never coming here again. Waiting for an hour JUST to go into a room to be seen is ridiculous. No explanation or anything from staff. Seems like this is the norm here. So if you don’t like wasting one hour of your time in a waiting room, again no idea how long you have to wait in the exam room for the doctor to show up, you may want to go to another podiatrist.

As this practice is some distance from my home, I was very pleased that at my initial visit time was made for my first laser treatment. The staff was super friendly and very professional. Only time will tell if the treatments will work... but I am very optimistic after discussing my issues and options with Dr. El-Khashab.

Good place to go. They truly do make you feel comfortable. Some specialty doctor offices ask you a couple questions but it doesn't feel genuine. This place stood out to me because they actually talk with you while diagnosing you as well. I do wish more places went into detail about what you or your insurance are being charged for and the amount ex. X-rays cost, MRI cost, Boot Brace etc. but I don't know if that is fault of theirs or not. Overall, a fantastic place to go !

My visit at Dr. El Khashab's office was great! I was very impressed with her knowledge and options for helping me with my problem. I came in with pain in my arch/tendon/foot. All of her staff were very helpful too. Now I am so hopeful for a lasting solution for the first time! My physical therapist recommened her and I will be thanking him.

The staff here went out of their way to reach out to me after my Uncle had received care here. I appreciated their thoroughness. I found Dr. Cayla Conway to be very kind and knowledgeable. Due to COVID, you have to do paperwork prior to scheduling an appointment but that is understandable. I would highly recommend this practice!

From start to finish excellent service. The receptionist is friendly and attentive to detail with billing and scheduling. In today’s Covid world everyone is masked and I was the only one in the waiting area.
Dr. Conway patiently explained everything to me in non medical terminology. I felt like I had 100% of her attention. I highly recommended this practice to anyone.
