Went in for a physical, a lady I believe by the name of Maria was a great help. She knew what do do because the doctor need additional information. She went above and beyond, even reaching out to my doctors office. If you have any problems, she is the person to talk to. Thank you Maria for all your help.

The few nurses I dealt with and the doctor I had through telemed were great. But the care of patients from reception and the ignoring of phone calls by them is unbelievable. I live a good way away that would make going in to change an appointment or do anything other than an actual appointment completely ridiculous. I’ve tried calling multiple times a day(at different times) for the last few days and they never answer! I’ve seen them ignore the phones while in their. They need to step up.

I am reading the comments and people need to understand why this is a busy place and the wait time might be long. There is ONLY two places that take work injuries in our area, and the other place is always closed. They got me back right away because I cut my hand. I am sorry other people had to wait, but I needed 8 stitches. The nurse in the back helped me fill out the paperwork while another guy nurse cleaned my wound. The doctor came in right away and was very professional. I appreciate the fast and kind attention this clinic gave me.

The worst place to get any type of treatment. I fell off the roof at work and dislocated my shoulder. My employer took me here afterwards, I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half in Excruciating pain only to be called back to the examine room to wait for another half hour. Dr. Comes in and tells me they do not provide x-rays and there was nothing they can do and to go to the E.r. Since then I have been back for follow ups. Very un professional and extremely long wait times. I’m not one to complain nor have I ever left a negative review but this place is an absolute joke.

Everyone in the waiting room was getting irritated and frustrated, been in the medical field for a long time and this place dosnt know the meaning of "Hustle"

If you prefer to spend your entire day waiting than doing anything else this place is for you. It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment time because they don’t care who has an appointment for what time. Was on time to my appointment and after two hours later still had not seen the doctor. If you are required to come to ROMC understand that you will be spending the majority of the day doing so.

Dr. K is a good man. Jackie his nurse is really great.. I won't blame them for the terrible management of the front office. Maria is especially rude, impatient and not a professional. She should get a different job not dealing with customers or patients. Rude for 2 years each time I have spoken to her. She enjoys being rude. Sick people don't need medical staff like her..
