Just picked up my new car this afternoon from Shades of Texas only to discover that during the tint job on the front window the technician not only damaged the front pillar on the drivers side with severe scratches but also destroyed the foam insulation on the inside of the front window between the dash and glass. As another sign of shoddy work the technician also left the water absorbing rope in the car used in the tint job. Now i have to go to the dealer to get the damages repaired and expect Shades of Texas to not only pay for these damages, but also not charge me for the poor tint job,. To

I cannot say enough good about Shades of Texas. They are literally the best tint company I’ve ever worked with. Their tinting is absolutely beautiful. They are so incredibly kind and accommodating. Now… I have to give Niki her own review. :) Niki is literally one of the best humans you’ll ever meet. Lol. Everything she does, she puts the customer and their experience first. I’ve text Niki just to ask ideas and questions about tinting and she’s been a friend as much as a representative of a company. I wish that I had learned of Shades of Texas before I used another local blind company. Fortunately, I only used the other local business for part of my house because the entire experience was a disappointment. I called Shades of Texas after my friend told me about her great experience. From start to finish my husband and I were super impressed with Shades of Texas. I was so impressed with the rep that came out- Mr. Gammons. His expertise, customer service and recommendations for my project were perfect. He really knew his blinds and I liked his customer service - no pressure , just good suggestions

Highly Recommend this business!!! I called to get a quote for window tinting on my new Tesla Y. Niki was able to provide the information I needed right away, and she was able to get me an appointment within a week. The people in this business work hard, very professional, friendly and most importantly, they do wonderful work for reasonable prices. I couldn't be happier with the front window tinting on my home! I had rearranged the furniture in my home office many times over the years and there was still no relief from the morning sun due to the shape of the window (top curved portion). Customer service from the first phone call was amazing! Every concern I had was heard, addressed and a solution found. Price was so good that I decided to get my dining room done also! When the men came to install the tint, they were professional, courteous, quick & gave me instructions on how to care for the windows, which was super simple. Even my dog, Max
