Swan Court Breakfast
Our steaks are regularly named the best of Maui restaurants by our guests and the readers of Maui No Ka Oi Magazine. We serve only 100% USDA-certied Prime beef, sourced from the plains of the Midwest. Our suppliers go above and beyond to meet the USDA requirements to be considered "all-natural, " creating minimally processed cuts of meat that are free of all additives and preservatives.

Because we don't just care about where you eat, we care about what you eat. Learn more about our Maui steakhouse menu. Aging a piece of meat is just as important as where it comes from. Aging it for 21 days or longer allows the meat to break down naturally so it becomes nice and tender. This aging period also allows the meat to develop its natural avor.
Services
Proving that fried seafood can be elegant, our calamari is delicately fried before being tossed with olive oil and parmesan cheese. We serve it with our Spicy Pomodoro Sauce for an extra kick. The Pacific Ocean comes to life on a plate as our sashimi-grade ahi is generously coated with house-made blackened seasoning.

Located in the Hyatt Regency, this restaurant is located right on Swan Lagoon with a waterfall, ducks swimming by and the night lit by tiki torches. Giant folding doors open up the restaurant to this peaceful scene. Had dinner here after arriving and settling in. Food was good overall (see the run down below) and service was good - could have been slightly more attentive, but overall it was fine. Food service seemed very fast! Apps came out before even the drinks!

Mangotini - Yum! Sweet and dangerous- can't even taste the alcohol
Sonz Mai Tai - also delicious made with local Hawaiian rum

What a terrible experience we had here.
I won't bother going back as there are way better restraunt's on Maui.
It all started with the overly aggressive gal at the hostess station named Amy who it turns out was the General Manager. She has no business being in the hospitality business. If she worked for me she would have been fired on the spot.
Miserable woman.
Over priced and mediocre food.
We canceled our reservation a Japango for tomorrow night.
The Sea House is so much better in Napili
Better view
Better food
Much better experience.

"PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE" They get a 1 star review because they made the worst drinks I ever had in my life, we didn't even drink them, we couldn't, they were that bad. They still charged us the $35 for 2 drinks, manager won't call back or even take the time to ask what happen, I usually only rate great experiences, but I felt this was worth noting, if you don't like something or they mess it up, at those prices, they should do something to make it right

The view and overall atmosphere was amazing. The sides were really good. But the steak was a big let down. I can't recommend it. They charge a lot and should offer a much better steak considering.

We visited last month. It was by far my favorite atmosphere of any restaurant. We were seated right next to the water. Out waiter, Kevin, was professional and ready at any moment to answer a question. The meal was very good, and large portions. Dessert was delicious.

Best place for steak on the island. Great atmosphere and service. The food won't let you down. FYI there's a second option for a smaller ribeye. If you're from Texas or the Midwest you'll approve. $20 corkage fee for BYOB wine. Amy is an amazing and caring manager. She'll ensure your experience is the best for your journey. Don't be shy to ask for walk in availability, they will try their best to accommodate your party for the best possible arrangement. Best time is 5:45pm into the sunset hours with the Japanese garden views, swans and water foul watching.

We ate here numerous times in the past few months and only once was the meal decent and service okay. The last few times the service was slow, the food was mixed in quality - some items were great others were cold and improperly cooked.

We have given them numerous chances and they simply cannot execute like a decent steak house.

We have our favorite severs here but the kitchen and bar need tons of help.

Needless to say Management Is challenged in this environment.

They gave us credit for the bad dishes but I cannot regain the lost quality time with my wife and friends.

Stay away for a while

They really need to hit the reset button on all the "chefs" in this hotel. I have travelled around quite a bit, and by far this is the most disappointing Hyatt resort.

What a fabulous find. Great atmosphere, delicious food and amazing service. The manager Justin was attentive to everyone in the restaurant, making us all feel special. Our servers Sarah and Michael both gave great recommendations. They were on top of everything without being intrusive. A very fine line to walk. We got the filet and the prime rib, both made to perfection. If you are feeling bold try the escargot....delicious. And you can't beat the view....thank you Jay for another amazing meal and recommendation.

Dope view. Good service. Solid food.
Of course it’s pricey, but it’s about the view and experience.
Lobster ravioli was the best dish, steaks were cooked well and flavourful.
Def recommend to check it out.

Restaurant located in Hyatt Regency Hotel in Lahaina, HI.

The View - 5/5 - beautiful view of man-made waterfalls and water. The birds at dusk were pretty loud, but netting did keep the birds from entering the restaurant.
The drinks - 5/5 - we had the ginger creek and lemon drop cocktails. Both were tasty!
The food - 4/5 - the Greek Maui Wowie salad (5/5) was exceptional and unique. My wife really liked the short ribs (4/5). Side of mushrooms/onions was good and was a generous portion (4/5). I had the 6 oz filet (2/5) and it was not particularly favorable and not tender (super chewy). Had

This is a fantastic place for casual outings with friends and families with young children in that the food is average but simple enough that anyone would eat it, it's filling, relatively cheap for a resort, and no one cares if you make a mess.

This is not a gourmet experience by any means and while the views are pretty, it's not somewhere you would want to have a romantic date or special family gathering.

One note of caution for those with little ones: the restaurant is located right on the swan lake which have little ledges and areas of stagnant water. I've seen toddlers go

Wife and I dined here during our honeymoon and it was everything we hoped for it to be. Our waiter was fantastic, the drinks were delicious, and the food... just awesome. My NY strip was flavorful and cooked to perfection, and my wife absolutely loved the petite filet. The calamari was a little "light", but so good. And for sides, I highly recommend the loaded baked potato. It's a steakhouse so be prepared to pay a little extra, but we were very satisfied!

We had an amazing time at Son'z. The location of the restaurant was incredible: you are right on Kaanapali Beach, with the backdrop of the ocean and an amazing looking water feature, with live Swans/ducks swimming in it!

We had escargot and salad as our appetizer. For main entrees, we had the filet mignon and bone-in ribeye. The preparation, temperature all came out perfectly, juicy and tender! It's honestly the best steaks we've had in a long time on island! The sides were served A la cart , we ordered the mashed potato (good) , mushrooms ( great), and the green beans ( excellent

We had reservations at 5. Unless you are a guest at this hotel a 5:00 reservation does not matter. They seat all guest at hotel first. We waited approximately 20 minutes. Our view was good though. I ordered the 12 oz lobster tail. It was very good. Except the butter gets cold quickly. You would think spending $55 on just the tail you would get warm butter with a tea light candle so it continuous stays warm. I split the $12 loaded bake potato with my friend. Yes a $12 potato. We also shared the $16 salad.
We ask for extra bread(super hard) with our salad & he brought it out when we were almost

If you want melt in your mouth ribeyes, salted butter with warm bread, calamari with all the fixings, fresh fish of the day, starch and veggie sides to accompany your meal then Son'z is your cup of tea...or glass of wine might be more appropriate.

My husband and I decided we needed to try the fancy steakhouse in the Hyatt Regency to top off our honeymoon. We had some good friends join us and we had a lovely time. I had originally made a reservation for two, but they accommodated the four of us with no problems.

Our table was ready and waiting for us along with our friendly (overworked

So glad we made a reservation at Son'z for our last night in Maui. First and foremost the ambiance is wonderful. We were seated directly on the water with sunset views. Second of all, our server, Ari, was lovely and great and took good care of us. And last but certainly not least, the food was wonderful.

We ordered the escargot (amazing!!!), the tomahawk, the lobster, and the baked potatoes. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner!

The view and the service are 5 stars! This resort is absolutely beautiful, and the scenery of this restaurant is so romantic and serene. My water glass was never less than half full, and servers were all so polite and attentive.
The food I would give 3 stars. For the quality of food, it is way overpriced. My husbands NY Strip steak was tender and well cooked, but not seasoned well enough. And it costs extra to add any sides to a steak, which is just unnecessary. The spaghetti & wagyu meatballs: good meatballs, but overcooked noodles with bland sauce. For such an expensive, beautiful resort

Was a bit skeptical due to some of the negative reviews here but sometimes a lower rating is a good thing because that made our experience exceed our expectation. The entire dining area faces a beautiful pond that has both a white swan and a black swan, which creates serenity. We ordered the bone in rib eye, the calamari frites, and the Greek salad. The rib eye was pretty solid - tender and juicy. The fat on the side was also cooked properly and was very enjoyable. Besides that, the Greek salad was amazing! Love the combination of palm roots and avocado. Food came in large portions and it was more

Wow! Wow! Wow! It is so evident this place takes as much care of its servers as it does its food and service. I've never been served by so many sincerely happy to serve you people before. Must mention (forgive the spelling) Kaycelinn and Jake whose expert service as well as internal happiness blew our minds and made us 100% sure we would return. Everyone who came to our table, and there were many, made us realize the team atmosphere at this establishment. Now to the food-- the filet was expertly seasoned and prepared to a T. The lobster was tender and delicious. Both prepared to perfection

Located on the lower lever of the Hyatt Regency in Ka'anapali. This dining location offers a relaxing dining experience with a view of a waterfall and a small lagoon. The seating is well spaced and it provides you with a bit more comfort for those still concerned about COVID exposure.

On to the dining and service. The servers gave us a lot of attention and made sure that our dining experience would be one of satisfaction. We started with cocktails, a margarita and a "Lava Flow". I must admit that I am a margarita man, but the Lava Flow almost had me changing my tune. It was

Enjoyed a lovely vacation in Lahaina and enjoyed one of our dinners at Son'z. Let me start by saying that the views at this restaurant are spectacular. You walked down the stairs and it's absolutely breathtaking. Really allows you to enjoy the beauty of Hawaii.

We were sat very quickly and got a lovely view by the window which allowed us to enoy the sunset and animals in the pond.

We were kindly greeted by our server who recommended some drinks and mentioned that everyone would be taking care of us because they work as a team.

We ordered a Mai Thai and lemon drop

Even though COVID, it's best to make a reservation. It's probably their way of keeping track of people coming in. My boyfriend and I came here mid January, and one dinner we were the only ones eating! It was perfect because it seemed like we rented the whole place to ourselves haha!

F O O D:

Food was great. But for the price we paid for everything, the food should have been amazing. My boyfriend ordered their wagyu burger, which he was a huge fan of, and we shared appetizers which were ahi tuna and calamari. The calamari was light and crispy and the tuna was so-so
