Jack Merritt personally screwed our family out of 11 Million dollars as trustee of our families trust. Beware of this company. We are currently in court and will be suing Jack for every penny he has. He owns 20 properties which he fraudulently had an old lady sign when she was in the hospital. He worked with his attorney David Smalls to defraud our family alone of 11 million.
