Dr Matthew, I hope that this review sails across the boards here. I have just confirmed that you are withholding patients medications hostage, SIMPLY because your patients’ families have decided to bring them home to a safer place, due to your facility spreading confirmed Covid cases amongst the elderly patients and even staff. For you to illegally withhold life threatening medication due to this circumstance, you are making this a personal choice, rather than a medical decision, this is opposite the oath you pledged to when you became a Doctor.

This facility is fine in a lot of ways but lacks some common curtsies in so much as the way the mornings start. This is for wellness and rehab but is not condusive to helping you start your day off in a good way. It needs more consideration on the residents part as well as loss of personal laundry.There have been people poisoned for complaining. I would look elsewhere. They want your money and dont care about you.

Went in to Visit my aunt, the new girl at the front desk didn't seam interested in answering my questions, I remember they used to have this other girl Melanie she always helpful, either way very clean place. Nice for Family

I was here for 3 weeks and had a great stay. When I called Jasmine the Admission Director in a panic trying to move from another facility. The Traymore went out of their way to admit me. The food here is really good and everyone is really really friendly. Most definitely would return if I need it.

Should be shut down by the state of Texas... Would not want anybody that I knew or loved to stay there.

Great place to work. Great residents and staff. Clean and nice location in the Park Cities area.

When I came to The Traymore it took a little while for me to adjust. The care and the food is exceptional. Nothing was forced on me it was done with kindness. Everything was done with patience and kindness that's different from any place I've been in the past. The therapy was very good because they are much younger people and they care. Their energy gave me energy to go forward to the next 100 years! If I need further assistance I won't hesitate to go bank for help. God bless each and everyone of you. When you do the right thing it has to come out right.

I have been recovering from my illness and have been at the Traymore for about 3 weeks. All of the employees both medical and support have been excellent, and all are very attentive to the needs of their patients.
Having been in the corporate world for many years, I do not hesitate when I say; must of the people working here would be welcome on my staff any day of the week.
