American Party Rentals is a local, family-owned and operated business that began serving the Triangle community in 1989 under the ownership of Pete and Judy Daymont. Now operating under the second generation of Daymont ownership, Todd and Chad are excited and eager to build upon APR's reputation as a leader and innovator in the Triangle special event rental scene.

Services
Whether you're planning a backyard barbeque or an indoor banquet, the style and size of linen on each table will help determine the tone of your event. If you're planning a wedding or any other special occasion, we definitely recommend floor-length linens for a more formal look. If the event is more low-key, lap-length linens are budget friendly while still making a statement.
The questions below will help you "guesstimate" your tenting needs for budgetary purposes and to make sure the required tent will fit in the space available. Answers to the first two questions are required to generate an answer. If you already have more details about your event, answer as many questions as possible to generate a more accurate tent size estimation.
The basic rule of thumb to keep in mind when determining dance floor size is that usually about 50% of your guests will dance at any given time. That being said, you know your guests best-consider what type of crowd will be attending and decide whether they're the type to dance the night away or if they're more likely to enjoy lively conversations in the lounge.
An order must be at least $100 in value to qualify for delivery. If your order meets this requirement, delivery starts at an additional $80 and may increase depending on distance from our warehouse or difficulty of delivery. The starting rate of $80 includes basic round-trip delivery to and pick-up from a loading dock, garage, or carport.
Community plays an important role in what we do here at American Party Rentals. The best people! I got married in March and hired American Party Rentals for tables, chairs, table cloths, and a dance floor. Going over my contract with Chad was fast and simple and he was able to get me everything I wanted. The delivery guys showed up promptly when the contract stated and were so sweet and kind (it was a miserably cold and rainy day). They arrived to pick up everything on time and congratulated my new marriage with hugs and smiles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this crew. They're the best of the best!

American Party Rentals provided tableware, utensils, linens, and chairs for our wedding reception. Their high quality rental items elevated our wedding venue, and logistically, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were flexible when we had to postpone from our original wedding date. American Party Rentals made our wedding so much easier. Cedrika could not have been more lovely when we visited--she is so personable and easy to work with. In fact, we had another appointment scheduled at a different rental provider, and after spending the morning at APR, we cancelled the other appointment. At no point did they upsell us. Rather, they figured out what we needed and the look we were after and spent a lot of time going over different ways we could get that look affordably. All of those little items that you don't think about needing until...well you need them...was catered to perfectly by APR. A recommended vendor by our venue, after looking at their website, it was no contest that they had an amazing variety of rentals while still being insanely cost effective. The people that work here always go above and beyond! We order tables and chairs from American Party Rentals three or four times a year for parties and course work at my place of employment. APR were fantastic to work with. We did a big wedding reception at the downtown Armory in Durham and rented tables, tablecloths, and wine glasses from APR. Erika was great helping us in the showroom and with our reservations. The showroom is nicely laid out and its easy to understand pricing. Dare did a super job following up and helping us work with the more difficult planning of rental pick up due to the venue's requirements. Everything we rented was in good condition and just what we needed. I would highly recommend this company for your next event
