Mark Kudler is the President of Bulletin Displays, LLC. Bulletin Displays is one of the leading outdoor advertising companies in the Los Angeles DMA (designated marketing area). Mark is the third generation in his family to be in the outdoor sign business. Mark specializes in working with landlords and local governmental agencies in determining how best to utilize outdoor advertising.
