Mike came out to setup my home system. He was fast, friendly, informative, and provided outstanding customer service. Henry was so helpful in helping us choose the best security for our home on the second day we moved in. He was professional and friendly while showing us the alarms systems that would fit our needs. Anthony our installer was just as professional, prompt, and let me know if he had any issues with installation before just drilling away into the walls. He also took care into doing any loud installation while my baby napped. I have to say both my husband and I are very impressed with them and the costumer service.

Superb overall experience! James was my first contact with Brinks Power Home Technologies. I appreciated his knowledge of the company and how he explained the differences in the home security companies. He was very patient to wait for my extremely long closing created by seller issues so we could set up an installation date. When I called him to touch base during the closing process and to set up an installation date when we finally closed, he always remembered who I was. The installer, Anthony, was so prompt he was early. I appreciated his quiet resolve to tackle the couple issues he encountered
