We were on a cross country trip when the weather took a turn for the worse. I messaged ahead and Kelly replied. Even though it was Labor Day and the store was closed... Kelly and Coyote opened the store just for us! They were waiting at the door with towels to help us dry off!
After setting us up with awesome gear... and warming up.... we were on the road again. I have renewed faith in HD dealership service. The "family" feeling was definitely present and much appreciated!!! Very HIGHLY recommend patronizing this dealer!

Got back from a short trip and needed my 10k mile checkup. On Monday called to see if I can get in because I had a 1500 mile trip I was planning on leaving for on Thursday. They said they didn't have any openings but if I drop the bike off they should be able to get done. Well on Wednesday night they called and said it was done and they had found a oil leak and fixed it under warranty. It feels good knowing that they checked everything over. Thanks guys.
