We've owned our house since 2018. In the last 2 years, we've experienced water pouring into our basement through 2 window wells during very heavy rain storms. I tried to mitigate it myself with some off-the-shelf remedies but that apparently didn't work out. So it was time to call the professionals.
I contacted ABT and was setup with an appointment to inspect and get an estimate. Everyone I communicated with was very professional, friendly and prompt. The inspector explained the issue and gave their recommendation to fix the issue. It made sense once I understood what was actually happening.

While working on the encapsulation of the underneath of our home, ABT was very professional. Everyone from the salesman, office ladies, and especially the work crew on site were very courteous, and answered any questions we had. The small crew worked very hard, cleaned up everything, and the supervisor was very respectful. It looks amazing under our home now!

I like it. This company raised the driveway just like new. The concrete was poured in 1953 and had no cracks. It just needed to be leveled. Over time it was off by several inches, They fixed it flat as a pancake. Its so nice to not have trip hazard and not hit a high spot with the snow blower.

We used ABT to repair our leaking basement walls. They were very thorough when explaining the process and how the job would be completed. ABT repaired 68 feet of our basement walls. Walls were excavated, straightened, mortared, braced, water proofed and re-drain tiled. Workers were excellent and professional and quoting was professional. Management was very supportive of our needs. A great experience that took a bad condition and made it right!

Over a long period of time I had a 13' X 14' concrete patio floor settle a few inches on one side. The settling resulted in the doors and windows becoming uneven and difficult to use. In order to properly replace the windows without shimming one side several inches, the concrete needed to be leveled. I explained my situation about new doors and windows being installed within a few weeks to the ABT scheduler and they sent someone out to look at my project within a few days. We had issues with water coming into our basement. ABT came and inserted drain tile around the entire perimeter of my basement. Also had to create a pit and insert a new sub pump. They were able to do everything in less than a week’s time and for a reasonable price. They also have payment plans that make it extremely easy to pay off the bill at your convenience. We have not had any water issues since and are extremely satisfied with our experience.

We called ABT about getting our patio raised and a crack repair. Our experience far exceeded our expectations. From start to finish I was very comfortable with the staff who were all very friendly and pleasant to speak to. Our salesman Logan was one of the most patient and informative people I have had the pleasure to meet and work with. He was able to answer all my questions and spent plenty of time explaining to me the scope of the work that was to be done. I can't say enough about the professionalism of this company. We had Mickey come out to look at our job about a year ago. We had been experiencing water in our basement after heavy rain downfalls. He gave us a bid that we felt was fair and competitive other companies. Mickey persistently followed up with us twice to see if we had made a decision about if we wanted to use their company to do the work. The following spring, Mickey came out again to review the project with us and we signed a contract with ABT. It did take a couple of months to get on their busy calendar.

We bought a house that ABT had installed their system. We have had constant problems because when they installed, they did not install the drain next to the foundation, nor did they drill into the cinderblocks to allow for drainage.
They installed the drain about 8" away from the wall, and they also did not use any kind of membrane to prevent sand from getting into the sump well. We have had the float on the sump pump replaced 3 times due to the fine sand in our area getting in the system. the first time for free, the second time, they charged us $150 for the "Service Call", and

My basement flooded every spring and through summer. My house was built in 1946 and no sump pump was installed, and I live next to a large river so the water table is pretty high. I had water coming up through the floor and coming in from the walls. I had a few estimates to "waterproof" my basement. ABT has done 3 projects for my home. They installed an egress window in my rental home and it looked great! For my personal home they fixed my basement by adding a pier under my fireplace but the project that most impressed me is the recent one. We built a huge deck on our home and we live on the fox river. The guys installed 18 piers in my backyard. They really worked hard and did an awesome job! A class act!

Their reliability and service in terrible! I would not recommend this company. Their brand new system failed over the weekend resulting in water in our basement. I contacted them through several means. Monday as of 9:00am no response so I called again only to be told by their service manager and office Mgr that they are "to busy" to check messages. Their service manager stated they do not respond to emergencies on weekends...if you use them and their system fails on a weekend plan for a flooded basement. They do not cover damage to your property due to their unreliable systems.

Abt was Great.
Everything went well, after learning my foundation was sinking in 2 places. Was very nervious about the whole process Ryan, Dallas and Dave were there to answer questions I had while. the work was going on.
Clean up was also very nice

For the most part a good experience. The sales representative was very informative and gave me various solutions to match my budget. I did have to wait a little bit due to two cancellations. I must admit I was not happy the second time and got snippy over the phone, the contractor handled it very well but there was a lady at the office, who could have been a wee bit nicer about it. We rescheduled and despite me being a grump, the contractor was very nice and did a great job. The guys were respectful and communicated well. We had ABT install our drain tile and sump system a few years ago and were satisfied overall with the process and the completed project. This year we began to have water get into our basement via our basement windows, and called ABT again to come take a look. They said they could dig out our window wells from the exterior to the bottom of the foundation and install a drain down the foundation that would tap into the existing sump system, then backfill the hole with gravel, which we agreed to. The team arrived and went over the plans with us, and the foreman specifically stated they would tap into

Work was done efficiently, but quality was not a concern, nor customer service. I had the beam system put in my basement, and almost all of the welds on the beams have major defects, ranging from porosity to cold welds, all which reduce the intended strength drastically, and in the case of the porosity-ridden welds, will allow it to rust much faster, and can crack.
I'm told by them it was not a big deal, it's not a major weld, that the other two welds are also there for strength (the other 2 welds look terrible as well), and the way the system is designed it will hold.
