Terrible service. It took 2 weeks to get a call back (not even a quote) on car and home insurance. Unacceptable.
This is not to mention Mitch insulted my wife claiming she doesn’t know the insurance policy we already purchased through an insurance company that responded to us within 24hrs.
I will be taking my business else where

I have been a customer of Northridge Insurance since I was 16 years old. My family has been with them for the last 30 years. When I call and speak with them they know who I am. Their staff is very knowledgable and has been there for at least 15 years or more. Its nice to deal with a company that actually cares about their clients.
