Although it's true that zero-turn radius machines travel faster and turn faster, there are a few drawbacks. Quick isn't always easy. Professional and courteous. I came just before closing time to look at a Stihl chainsaw. It didn't matter to them that they were about to close, they stopped what they were doing and assisted me right away. They were attentive and made sure that the chainsaw was in proper working order before I left. Never felt rushed.

Wow. What to say. Was having a pretty good experience until today. Bought a new Gator from this place 3 months ago. Took my other one in for a new motor. Guy who sold me the new Gator was good, Jerome in service good, parts Guys good. Got my repaired Gator back today and the hand brake cable was missing. Called to work the problem out and a complete buffoon told me he didn't take that cable off like as if I did ! The dang thing is still on the trailer ! Spent 15k here in the last 3 months and a complete idiot wants to accuse me I assume of removing a cable from a handbrake that was working fine

One of the best lawn equipment stores in the Upstate. I've been burned by other stores in the area with bad service, bad attitudes, and even worse business practices. Carolina Lawn & Tractor was the exact opposite. Great service, amazing attitudes, and the best business practices.
I came into the store three times in one day trying to piece together replacement parts to get an older John Deere mower running.
