This was an unbelievable experience.my water was out apparently we thought it was the pump.He called they came the next day.Wonderful he said he checked the box ....he didn't...he said we needed a new line from the pump to the house 1900 ok see you Monday...while in dyalisis my husband got a call be there in an hour... Insisted he did not have to be there...he wanted to be there...he left dyalisis an hour early.. he gets a call ...we will just make it Monday...they destroyed the yard... replaced the line. Replaced the box . Still no water....cost a small fortune still no water....wanted to borrow

Had a crisis and called the answering service at 630am, by 800am I scheduled, and they had a team on site by 930am. I have a 40' fresh water spring 20 feet off my back door. The pump they put in years ago (which was also AWESOME) had given out. The pump I needed was on back order for 5-8 weeks. GEORGE (service manager - who is AWESOME) spoke to me on the phone, found a suitable replacement (which was even better and cheaper) and had me installed and the team gone by 230pm.

Great guys that showed up to figure out what was wrong with my pressure tank. Mitchell was very thorough. Told me what was wrong immediately and what I needed. Had a new tank with him and replaced right on the spot. I highly recommend C&J Well for all your well needs. Every single person from start to finish was very professional and pleasant!

I have contacted them for drilling new well and installing a new pumping system. They were very knowledgeable in this field, and the sales person Ben has been vey responsive. What drove my decision is the technical advise they provided and the flexibility to adapt to my application. Overall very professional service so far. I will have to wait and see if I have any service call in the future related to the pump operation. However, I believe the pump brand they install is the best you can get in the market and worth every penny.

We recently purchased a house that had been vacant for a fairly long time. A bad water report required that the well be bleached and the water retested. After a second bad test, I called C&J about the problem. They came the same day to evaluate the problem. Ultimately, it was determined that the well needed to flushed. They were able to do the work that same day, and we were able to get a clear water report!!! Evan, the man in charge, and his co-worker were extremely friendly and very helpful. Since my husband wasn't able to be at the house through these problems, Evan very willingly talked to

C&J was able to go out and get a well system back up and running for me with a quick turn around. They got out to assess the situation the same day, within a couple hours in fact. We'd been through three companies over the span of almost two weeks and C&J had water flowing through our fixtures within a couple days. Highly recommend them, they won't let you down!

Nice system but extremely expensive. Their pricing is structured to lock you in with little choice but to proceed with the work - high service call fee to come, astronomical fee to pull a pump which is required to determine if the pump is serviceable - a few minutes labor for $475. The fee is waived if you buy the pump which set me back over $3k. I had sand pick up in 2008 so they recommended a new well be drilled. All in the whole system in 2008 was ~$6k. The cause of the sand was a rusted fitting on the old well which I had to dig up and fix myself. Complete misdiagnosis. So on top of $6k the
