This Company came recommended to me by Angie's list I believe it was I had been calling a number of places and left a message with them. About an hour later I got a call from their technician and installer JIM S. and he explained the process and costs involved for me to understand and seemed very knowledgeable with experience and his final price was the BEST and he worked with my time line. EXCELLENT JOB AND CLEAN UP!! Not only would I recommend him and his company but I am today sending my son to him for a new Water Softener System knowing he will be treated right and get the best price out there

My appointment window was noon to 4pm right about 5pm Jim showed up. The service call was for a new water softener that I had reported was not softening my water in my new home. He told me that mechanically the unit checked out okay. When he tested the water the water was 18 grams which I found out was the same hardness provided by the city. He set the unit to recharge that night thinking it would change the water hardness. He told me he would be back to test the water another day. I called his number a few weeks later and left a message asking when he would be stopping into my house. Never heard

Very honest! Being new to having a well, they gave us different options that we could do. Our sales person Sam was very knowledgeable and did not talk down to us. Sam explained the whole process to us before and after install. Also, great service and they were fast from the time we called until our water softener and osmosis system were installed was 3 days. Other companies we talked to were weeks out for appointments.

I needed help with my water softener. It's the first time I have owned one and was not sure if it was working properly. Jim contacted me quickly after I submitted my request through Angie's List. When Jim came out he explained everything that I needed to know about my water softener, checked the functionality of it, tested my water, installed an overflow drain tube, and answered all of my questions. He was extremely helpful, honest, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will be recommending Croix Crystal Water Treatment to everyone I know! Thank you :)
