My 2x1 13 Old English font tattoo was created by Carl Womack
I was considering getting a tattoo for a while, a friend offered to treat me to a tattoo for my birthday. And so I came in with a friend after lunch to ask some questions about allergic reactions to ink, and get a ball park price range of the tattoo of interest.

This was my second visit to see Carl Womack at OTT and this will definitely not be my last visit. His artistry and natural eye for details is exceptional. He will take your idea and turn it into something that makes you smile from ear to ear. Extremely talented artists whom will take your ideas to the next level.
