Lake Anna Realty was one of the first real estate agencies to begin work in the Lake Anna area. With the creation of Lake Anna came a new need to the area - a real estate company that could help navigate the new waters of Lake Anna. The house was great.
However, they don't make it clear up front that you are required to drive all of your trash from the stay to a nearby dump (and they don't tell you about any dump, I had to ask where I was expected to take four large bags of trash). So the day we left I had to load up my small car with several bags of trash (containing old food, liquids, etc.), right next to my suitcase and the pillows, blankets, etc. that they tell you to bring. Rushing to load several bags of trash into the trunk of my car while being told by the cleaning crew to "hurry it up because check

Utterly one of the most twisted dishonest realtors at lake Anna. The employees go out of their way to be dismissive and hide behind “in on my cell phone” as as an excuse. Its 2018 - educate yourself on proper business/customer service/cell phone usage. Homeowners - wondering why your house goes un rented in the summer??? Dishonest management.

Lake Anna Realty is an embarrassment. I've been trying to book a house on Lake Anna for 8 days and have yet to receive a call back from anyone. I submitted a booking request on Sunday and expected a call to process payment, as was indicated on the booking request, that following Monday. After not receiving a call Monday, I called Tuesday at 1 PM and the rental agent was out of the office for the day. The lady on the phone had a horrible tone and gave me the rental agent's cell phone number. I called the cell phone number and the rental agent told me she thought that house was booked for the week
