Venus is so personable and professional and does a fantastic job! This was only my second time having extensions and I was still debating whether to keep them up or not because I had the first set put on in Las Vegas and they were not very comfortable. This time, with Venus, I can't even feel them. They feel so natural that I forget I have them until I see myself in a mirror.

First things first- Venus is the best. I drive to Venus from Los Angeles, because I’ve never had better results. I’ve been to one other lash extension place… I nearly lost half of my lashes due to breakage. I don’t dare take that risk again. Venus removed the improperly applied lashes- from the shop that shall remain nameless, and properly applied a full set of lashes that LASTED. Through careful care, and application, my lashes are back at full winking capabilities!

If you are wanting to try eyelash extensions or you aren't currently happy with yours, you gotta come on down to Refined Lashes. Venus is amazing! I feel extremely comfortable in her hands, bc it is very apparent that she knows what she is doing.She will be able to answer any questions you might have. I have had extensions for 4.5 years, and I've been through a couple different ladies before Venus.
With Venus, I am confortable through the entire process. Her work is gentle and she is very exact. She will tell you what length and curl of lashes she thinks would be best for your own individual set

I discovered Venus two years ago when I took a chance on a deal through Living Social and I'm so glad I did it!
Venus has not only made my lashes look awesome but she is professional, yet friendly! I look forward to our appointments not just for the lashes but the fun conversations and good music! She has excellent customer service, skill and personality and I've referred a ton of people to her!

I've been coming to Venus for almost 3 years. Not only does she make my eyes pretty, she also thoroughly explains how to care of my lashes and also talks me through what she's doing (since my eyes are closed). She's very personable and professional at the same time. I found her by chance and have not regretted it at all. Can't imagine going anywhere or trusting anyone else with my lashes. I get so many compliments on my lashes from strangers. You really don't have to wear much makeup and I don't waste money on mascara that makes me look like I have spider legs on my eyes.
