MSE Hardscapes just completed a job replacing a sizable (failing) retaining wall with an engineered block wall for our HOA in Kansas City North. We're extremely pleased with the finished wall they built--it exceeds all our expectations for the work. The new wall has much more of an appealing appearance then we could have imagined. Duane kept us well informed throughout the project.

Dwayne, the manager, had excellent communication throughout the project. He was very professional and seems to take pride in the work MSE completes. MSE buried new storm drains from two downspouts near the driveway without it even being a part of the contract and they are working very well. They also insisted (more or less) that a concrete base be laid to prevent future settling and sagging of the pavers. I was impressed with this as well. It has been 2 months and everything looks like new in that regard. There was an error made in the slope of the driveway by the installers but that was corrected
