Oasis Pool Service has been cleaning our pool for 1 1/2 years now. Very poor service and tired of waisting my time for no shows. Increasing the monthly service charge saying that there is an increase in chemicals, when we tested our pool, there was zero chorine in the water. After we brought this information to the tech all of a sudden there was chorine in the water.
When we first agreed to do business with them we asked if they were dog friendly. They said yes now it's an excuse for no service.

Our pool pump had a clog. Service tech named Johnny was great! Really appreciate him taking the effort to make sure the problem was actually resolved and offering a great tip to prevent debris build up in our equipment. If you need pool equipment maintenance it's important to find a company with skilled employees who actually know what they are doing! I had a great experience with Oasis thanks to Johnny!

Oasis doesn't even deserve 1 star. Calling it pool maintenance is laughable because what they do is far from maintenance. Pretty much charge you for doing nothing and are always full of excuses why the pool looks like a swamp. They claim they come 3 times weekly and do full service. Personally witnessed their tech show up one day, drop some chemical in the pool and was gone inside of 5 minutes. Check out the pictures i added, pools don't look like this from 3 times weekly maintenance. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Oasis Pool Whatever they Do because it isn't maintenance

We have been using Oasis pool service for the past 3 weeks and everything was great until our service on 6/18/21. When our pool guy left after the cleaning we noticed that the spa was draining. We didn't think much of it since this is our first pool and first time dealing with a pool service. Over the weekend we noticed that the hot tub had completely drained and the main pool skimmer and jets were no longer working. We called oasis and told them about the situation. We recently hired Oasis to completely strip down and re-plaster grotto around our pool. Wish I could give them a 10-star review. Chad was excellent in explaining to me upfront the process and work involved in ensuring that a quality job is to be done. They were highly organized in scheduling the different teams (prep, strip down, plaster, paint, clean-up) to ensure the job is progressing in a timely manner.
Prior to any activities being started, his team taped down the entire area to ensure no dirt/paint will damage area around the pool. When all work is completed, they did a bang up job cleaning

I received an invoice from Oasis today. It was for the filter replacement about a month ago. The amount is correct per estimate -- about $350. But I thought I had paid it since I had made two prior payments. One prior payment turned out to be for a repair I had forgotten. The other though was for weekly service. It appears I have been charged for about 3 service visits but I received only one. Watch your invoices with Oasis.

Called Oasis to see if I could get someone to help me get my pool pump up and running after the pool plastering company left me hanging. Doug showed up about 2 hours later, made the proper connections and had the pump running in about 15 minutes. He then removed the plug to the Auto Fill line, flushed the lines, installed and adjusted the float, and explained to me how it worked. When we finished he charged me for a service call, WOW!
They don't make them like Doug anymore. He was professional, considerate, knowledgeable, and he had integrity. He made suggestions to improve my pool filtering system

Just moved to Boulder City almost a year ago into a 36 year old home with the original pool pump and filter. System was on it's last leg. Called them up and gutted the whole system and also installed a salt water system. Everything went well again for awhile, then our pool guys switched and that's when I was done. No one came for 2 weeks and the log that they provide was not signed since May 6th. I was also given a handwritten note that they were going to clean the filters on May 9th. Didn't happen. Ended up going with another pool cleaning service who walked us through everything these guys did not do.

Really bummed to write this review. We've been with them since August of 2019 when we caught our previous pool cleaner literally walking a circle around our pool and then leaving - twice. We initially contacted them to fix our pool system, since the Pentair remotes never turned on the pool and the lights were broken. They installed the Intellibrite light system and fixed our pool system...sort of. It took multiple return trips to get the pool system up and running correctly. I asked for information about having pool equipment fixed. Someone responded back and gave me advice on how I might correct the issue via email. I am outside their service area, but they said that if no one responded they would come take a look. Their advice seemed to fix the issue. Really cool company and even though I didn't hire them, I would definitely recommend.
