As an AS9100 Rev C and ISO 9001-2008 certified company, R & B Plastics operates with the highest quality inspection equipment and procedures. Our state-of-the-art equipment and trained staff assure conformance to our customers' requirements. All machined parts are inspected at each step in the process with a comprehensive final inspection and a certificate of conformance provided with each order.
If required by M&R Engineering's customer, the supplier shall establish and maintain an effective Quality System in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001, AS9100, NADCAP, etc. As part of the Quality System, supplier must ensure that their personnel is aware of their contribution to product conformity, product safety, and the importance of ethical behavior.
We do not typically stock custom machined plastics parts. However, some aerospace parts that are purchased by multiple customers may be in inventory. We machine all the plastics noted on this site, as well as many others not specifically noted. Among those would be Carbon Fiber, Graphite, Tivar, Tefzel, Rulon, Flourosint, Celazole, and Phenolic.
We provide custom machined plastic parts, machined to tight tolerances and industry-best standards, including AS9100 Rev C and ISO 9001:2008. Customizable machined plastic parts include plastic bushings used in applications such as automotive interior and exterior parts. Also produced are plastic guides made of acetal, nylon or torlon, plastic rings & plugs and plastic spacers and washers.
