Seal It Sealcoating
Regular sealing applications shield against the drying action of the sun, raveling, cracking and deterioration. The accumulation of moisture in pavement structures is probably the greatest cause of pavement damage. Sealing application prevents water seepage into the porous asphalt structure, stopping weather damage.

Properly maintained and seal-coated asphalt will more than double the life of the driveway or parking lot. For a fraction of the cost of replacing your pavement, regular maintenance through seal coating and repair work can greatly extend the life of your existing asphalt investment. Sealcoating not only protects your pavement but also increases the attractiveness of your property.
Services
Located in Port Chester, NY. Our team of sealcoating specialists has what it takes to tackle all of your asphalt needs -from preventative maintenance to in-depth repair. We are a family owned and operated environmentally conscious sealcoating company using "green" products wherever possible. We are a fully licenced and insured company for any size project.
All new asphalt should be sealed one year after application and resealed approximately every 3 years. If maintained this way, you can double the life of your asphalt. We recommend that you stay off your newly sealed pavement for a minimum of 24 hours, even longer for heavily shaded driveways, to ensure proper curing.

Bad customer service. Owner got over spray on brand new white garage doors and blamed it on his workers. Owner told me he would send workers to clean it up. That Never happened. I called and left messages multiple times. He was very pushy on getting paid. Tar was barely dry and he insisted on getting paid cash. I trusted he would clean tar off doors but i was wrong.

Don't loose your time to call this company. I called several times but they NEVER give me an estimate for the requested service. Horrible service customer. They are not interested to do any job, that is my opinion

I wasn't even able to get an estimate sent to me in almost two months from this company. It took a few weeks for Joe to come out to my house to take a look at the driveway. Considering it's a busy season for driveway contractors, I understood the delay. However, after at least 5 phone calls and two text messages verifying my email address, I still haven't received an estimate. I live in CT, I'm guessing that may be why Joe hasn't made it a point to have the estimate sent. It's possible he only services people with very long driveways to make it worth the money? I thought my driveway was an average
