Supino Pizzeria is a casual and approachable pizzeria, serving east coast style pizza in Detroit, Michigan. In addition we offer Italian salads and appetizers, and take pride in offering a selection of great and affordable Italian wine and beer. We use local and organic products whenever possible, some of our purveyors include: Coriander Farm, Fisheye Farm, Keep Growing Detroit, Rising Pheasant, and Garden Fort.
The meat for our meatballs, house sausage, and pork are from Cherry Capital Foods who source solely from Michigan based farms using pasture raised methods.

Services
Supino offers large party contracts for groups of 12-30 or full rental of either of our restaurants. We cannot accommodate large parties or rental of our Eastern Market location on Saturdays. All other general questions can be sent to info@supinopizzeria.com. Please note: we do not take traditional reservations, and a form submission is not a guarantee that your event date has been reserved.

I love supinos and I think they have one of best pizzas I’ve ever tried! I tell everyone about them cause they’re that good and I still believe that. I always get the supino pizza because everything about it is perfection but the last 3 times were disappointing. The garlic was small and sparse, not much olives either and the bottom was a tad too burnt. I still ate it because the taste is there but overall I expected better. Just hoping they’ll be more generous with their toppings and put more care into making this fantastic pizza like they use to. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt

Flat pizza. Big slices. Not much substance to the slices. I spent $14 or so on a whole pizza for one person. I had to stack 2 on each other to feel like it was a real pirce of pizza, and then ate the pizza in 3 separate stacks. And then I still wasn't barely full. I don't eat big meals anymore either. One of the guys literally behind the counter was talking about how he tried another pizza for the 1st time and liked. I won't mention the name but after eating Supino pizza I realized why he enjoyed that other pizza. Theirs is definitely more filling and favorful.

Visiting family for the holidays and was in the downtown area for the day to check out new places. Feeling peckish, we headed over to supino, which I've always wanted to try as it's on the best pizza of Detroit lists. This location is in eastern market. The indoor dining was closed, not sure if it's a semi permanent thing or just that day (day after new year's) but it still looked cute. Ordered a couple pepperoni slices for the two of us. Slices were huuuuge, like definitely fold over, could be two instead of one slice huge. Price was pretty good considering the portions. Pizza

I had a bad experience here today. I ordered a small city wing pizza and it took so much longer than anticipated. When I got there was no line or anything but during my wait it got significantly busier. They gave me the wrong pizza at first and I realized when as soon as I stepped outside. I came back and the counter girl litterally just threw out that mistake pizza. I understand they probably have rules on that but they could have given me that mistake pizza for the inconvenience while I wait for the one I ordered. Seems like a BIG waste of food.

This is the place to try if you're hanging around Eastern Market!
We parked near Anthology coffee then walked around.
It wasn't busy when we came. Then again, it was pretty cold and the OSU vs U of M game was going on.
We ordered slices of pepperoni. Seems like they run out of stuff quickly. They didn't have any of the special slices or some of the salads.
The crust was fantastic! I kinda wanted more pepperoni on my pizza though. Still pretty delicious!
We also shared a house salad. Pretty standard mixed greens but it came with some kind of dressing that had a lemon flavor

Ordered the large Genaro yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to find Supino's has a bar.

I've had a lot of their pizza and I've yet to have one that didn't make me wanna slap the chef, it's so good and the ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
Now about that bar menu, try the Plumb Manhattan and let the mic drop.

Great pizza!
I ordered some pizzas to save for later in the evening when my fiancé landed because I knew nothing in Michigan is open past 10pm. it was amazing! The whole car smelled delicious for days after driving it back to the hotel. The chicken wing pizza came with whole roasted garlic cloves on top. Highly recommend.

My husband had been telling about Supino's pizza for months and we made it out to Eastern Market one day to try it - it did not disappoint!! We ended up getting a 12 inch supino and a city wing thing pizza. These are thin crust pizzas and they were absolutely delicious and flavorful! The restaurant is currently take out only so factor that into your plans. There are benches on the street where you can sit and eat.

So glad I got to try this pizza spot! It's SO GOOD! I personally love new York style pizza with the thinner crust so this was the perfect style of pizza for me. We got the small San Gennaro for lunch, the flavors were delicious and the crust perfectly soft yet crisp.
Sadly, the wind blew our box with the last two slices onto the ground. I really contemplated going back and ordering another slice because it was that good.

Wish I knew there was no seating!!! And they had only cheese and pepperoni pizza. That's it. We should up at 1:30 and they were out of the special. Sheesh. Pizza was good but felt like I was just a number. Like take our menu or leave it, someone else will take your spot. I felt so unwelcomed. My 4 stars is for their pizza...ambiance and service was a 3. Too bad, I see all the great reviews!!!! Just felt so rushed!!!

Ordered a large pie online. Once the order was completed, I Received a text stating that my order would be ready in 65 minutes. I then received a text message 30 minutes later letting me know my pie was ready. I would have preferred the Pizza hot out of the oven but I'll give them a pass through the covid. At the end of the day it is still is one of the best tasting pizzas you'll find in Michigan hands down!

Nothing better than a quick pizza slice! This spot can't be beat located right in eastern market. After you finish your groceries, grab a slice to-go!
Pros: affordable, the crust was fantastic (almost as good as the slices I've had in NYC), the cheese tasted great, workers were efficient

Pizza was great! Everyone was following safety protocols and were extremely friendly. I know this can be tough in a hectic environment. Pizza was very delicious although not necessarily my style. The tangy kick of the Parmesan in the cheese is different. Overall, great pizza, great service, and great experience. I'll be back!

Delish! Ordered on their website and our pizzas were ready in 20 mins. When we arrived, our order was ready immediately, and the cashier seemed to be on her A-game.
We ordered an 18" Pepperoni and Mushroom and a 12" San Gennaro. Both were excellent, and are feeding us for 3 meals (there's 2 of us)! I preferred the San Gennaro but might add extra cheese next time. I will definitely be ordering again!

My baby boy had a craving for New York style pizza. The only game in town for big slices is in Eastern Market. I love the olives whole, the sauce and this crust. Ohhhhhh Lord . The pizza here never disappoints. Eastern market is always enjoyable. There is no inside dining

Supino is such a gem. Their thin crust and pizza dough are the best! Their pizzas are so soft and chewy (different from other pizzas I've had). Wait times can be long, but be patient and the end result will be worth it. As always, takeout is an option! It looks like due to the pandemic, they are only opened for takeout. For delicious, quality pizza, it is quite affordable. We tried the city wing thing pizza and smoky white pizza and both were absolutely amazing.
