I rent a property from Braden for 9 months. The overall experience is very good. The manager Mallory Napier was very responsive and professional. The move-in process, maintenance etc. were well managed. A couple things I think may be helpful for the upcoming tenant. I rent an really old property (in a cheap price). The equipment in the property is OLD, hence easily broken, which means the charges to replace them will be on you because routing maintenance only includes the cost of repairing. Due to the same reason (aging of the property and equipment inside), the move-out cleaning and other cost

Amazing company for tenants. Super responsive, great automated portal for payments and maintenance requests, and everyone I've dealt with (company owner, manager, maintenance guys) have been very nice. No idea how much it costs the property owners, but if they want happy tenants, it's worth every penny

We had a wonderful experience with Braden Property Management! We were in a transition after moving across the country and hadn’t rented in 10 years, so we were a bit nervous about the experience. We rented a house through them as we waited to purchase a house. They were very organized, very responsive, and overall so wonderful to work with! I cannot recommend them enough! They were so helpful with any question or concern we had and were very efficient in every way. We would recommend them to anybody in town for all of their real estate needs! We researched property management companies quite extensively to manage our Charlottesville home, turned rental property, while we transitioned to Charlotte, NC and we were very impressed with reviews for Braden Property Management. I had a great experience with Christina, I met her when we were looking for a house to rent. The first house that she showed us looked exactly like the pictures they posted on their website. Despite the fact that we ended up not applying for this house, she followed up with us to see if we were still looking for other properties. She is very professional and always available whenever needed. She answers pretty fast to emails and last but not least she is very nice. We have not found yet our ideal house but thanks to her help I am sure we will soon be clients of the Braden group.

Steven and Braden Property have been completely wonderful. They managed our small rental property for 3 years as if it was their own. We had regular reports and meetings as well as timely calls when needed. Both my husband and I as well as our tenants were very happy. Even more impressive, when the time came to sell, they did all the work and we barely had to lift a finger. We ended up with multiple full price offers and closed quickly and efficiently. I am a busy working professional, so I value communication, follow-up, and a high level of customer service. The communication from the Braden team was always clear and often proactive.
