I have been going to this dentist since I was like 15 and I love this place and the staff. The only reason this visit was three stars because I was not being heard by the person who was working on my teeth. I was getting my temporary crown removed and I told the staff twice that I would prefer the temp to be taken out because it hurt so much. I literally had to be referred to another dentist for ether tooth due to an infection and he was just WIGGLING MY TOOTH SO HARD AND PULLING IT SO HARD. Right now it occasionally beats and I’m frustrated because my infection just went away and I paid 2 thousand

Billing is such a scam: They gave me an out of pocket expense and I paid it in full. Months later, I received a long bill with extra cost. I was charged as if my daughter was uninsured. I provided all insurance information during consultation and this just shows me that they didn't verify my insurance before the scheduled procedure at weeks out. I'm disputing this all the way for being a dishonest practice. None of this was presented to me up front.

OMG!!! Best service Ever!!
My first visit and it won't be my last.
The staff is Wonderful and very caring and go out of their way to take care of their patients. I wish more dentist operated the same way.
I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone seeking a honest dentist who sincerely has the patients best interest, options for treatment at hand that won't break their bank account or their wallet.

Dr. Nguyen replaced the broken crown of my tooth. The whole process was painless. Dr. Nguyen and his staff at Bristol Dental and Orthodontics are great.
