I am a repeat customer. They do great work. My most recent experience with them has been my best thus far. A gentleman by the name of Ohagee came to my home to do the work. He was so polite, if I had a spot that I didn’t like he didn’t make me feel bad for asking him to go over it a few extra times. And when he did go over it he got it up and out of the carpet which was the goal of the carpet cleaning anyway so I couldn’t be more than happy with the service. I found out that I can request him by name so I will be doing so every time I call them back! I joked with my husband that he had superman
