I have been using Watts Pest Prevention for more than 6 years. I first called them to help take care of a large number of scorpions in and around my house. They did a great job educating me about the challenges of getting rid of scorpions and just how tough they are. After regular maintenance and specialized treatments, coupled with my own black light night time inspections, I only rare see scorpions any more. They are incredibly responsive if you have any other pest problems as well.

I spoke a tech working in a neighbor's yard and called re having service in our yard. Office staff were quick to explain several options to us, answer any questions and have service scheduled quickly. Tech communicated with us to let us know he was on his way (at scheduled appt. time) and handled our service quickly and professionally. Very good tech and also answered a question I had. I was having an issue with gophers in my yard. I tried all of the at home remedies, with no luck. I reached out to Watts and they were able to come to my house within a few days. They worked to understand the issue, both in the phone and during their visit. My technician was great! He walked the property, and the perimeter. I hate to even say this out loud for fear of jinxing myself, but we are officially gopher free! Thank you Watts!!!

I had bird(s) building nest inside one of my attic vents and so I called Watts Pest Prevention based on the positive reviews I have read on Yelp.
I explained to Marc on the phone on what I am seeing/suspecting and he pretty much knows the rest (very knowledgeable). Jahmaine showed up a couple of days later and took care of the problem in less than 15 minutes. The price is reasonable and the quality of work is good. Can't complain! Definitely earn my future business for any pest issues/control.

After a total of five inspections a quotes, Watts had the best warranty as well as the best price hands down. Our technician Jahmaine was professional, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of the many questions that my five little ones asked him. He explained everything to us, and completed our termite inspection and service in a timely manner leaving no mess behind. We are very happy with the service we received from Watts.

I've worked with Watts three times. Each time they have been responsive, on time, professional and incredibly nice. Marc has been my rep and reaches out to me to schedule appointments and every service rep is respectful. I can't say enough good things about their service. I've used them for gopher elimination and pest control. I've schedule a new appt to close openings that birds are going through to the attic.

I have used Watts for all my pest needs since purchasing my home in 2016- pigeon removal and pigeon proofing, mud daubers, scorpions, spiders, termites ticks and roof/field rats.... they have always done a great job with prompt service. I have referred many friends to them as well. I wouldn't even consider using another company. The employees are courteous and professional and I trust them to be in my home when I am not there to do the bi-monthly service. I was very pleased. They are very informative, helpful, and customer service oriented. After having the scorpion spray, my issue went away just as they said. I was having scorpions all across my yard and some inside the house. After having Watts take care of my pest control needs, the scorpions have been nonexistent. Great work and very nice company!! The technician has been extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgable. I couldn't ask for anything more. Glad I choose Watts and highly recommended.

So far I am extremely impressed by how punctual and helpful Watts is! We just signed a lease on a new apartment and were SHOCKED by some roaches, especially since we never had ANY issue with our previous apartment.
We called Watts on a Sunday and they said they would come out on Monday, which is also Memorial Day, and gave us a 4-hour window to come out.
I don't know how the service holds up, but will edit or repost when we find out. We are just really impressed so far by the attentiveness and willingness to fix our (hopefully one-time-only) problem.
