Called 3C's to schedule an estimate for some work done on our property. Had to call several times to get him to come out for the estimate as he missed several of our appointments. Once he came out I had to call to get his estimate. After receiving his estimate I sent an email to confirm the quote and never heard back from him. I called to schedule installation and never received a call back. When I finally reached someone to schedule our installation I received a confirmation phone call to confirm a date and I called twice and text once to confirm the date he gave me for installation and

Javier and his team designed and built a beautiful mechanical gate for our driveway, as well as a matching railing for a stairwell. I am more than pleased with the work that Javier, Pepe, Isa and crew did to build us a gorgeous black iron railing for our home staircase, replacing our outdated honey oak spindles. It started with a photo I found on the Internet then morphed into a better version of what I imagined with Javier & Pepe's creative input. The finished product looks amazing and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to modernize home stairs!

Javier installed 3 railings in our split-level home. 2 were simple stair-rails attached to the wall, while the 3rd was a more complex "wrap-around" installation at the entry, with balusters and Newel posts from House of Forgings (per our request). These were painted (not powder coated) in 2-stage fashion to get the antiqued look. The results were outstanding and Javier and his team were great to work with. Along with 3 of our neighbors, we installed a simple gate to our patio and were very happy with Javier and his team. When we started working with Javier, quite honestly neither of us had any idea what to expect -- we loved seeing his work in his shop, but it was kind of difficult to envision how the finished staircase would look in our home.
