Gregory L. Piede practices in the areas of elder law, Medicaid, estate planning and probate. Gregory is a former associate a major global law firm, where his work focused on complex tax matters and estate planning for high net worth individuals. He earned a law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law and an advanced legal degree, with honors, from the Northwestern University School of Law.

My financial advisor talked to me about becoming Medicaid Ready and strongly recommended Piede Law. The staff educated me in the benefit of the "program." Little did I know that within two years I would be taking advantage of what Greg and his team had been working on. They work as a well-oiled machine and are VERY easy to talk with). When my father got sick and needed to Go into a nursing home full-time we called Greg's office to help with the financial side of things. My father had saved his whole life but had not planned for this step. Greg and his staff were great and planning out how to protect some of my dad's assets when they had not been on protected from the state/federal government. While we ended up not needing his true service as my father passed away unfortunately, fairly quickly, the real value came afterwards in splitting up assets between myself and my sibling. I met Danielle from Piede Law at a Senior Health Fair. When another vendor saw me talking to her, they came over and told me, "I know you want to make the right decisions and this law office is the best for elder law nearby." I made an appointment for a consultation. We had specific questions about pooled trusts; these were answered and we received the guidance we needed. I also appreciated that they didn't try to sell us something we didn't need.
