I have a small company and so I can't afford to have an IT Support staff at the office all day long. I love that I can call over and my issue is taken care of in an efficient and timely manner. It doesn't matter how large or small. They are able to proxy into my computer and are always able to fix the issue. We even ordered a computer a few months ago through InBlue. The computer was set up with all of our company programs and sent to us via federal express within 48 hours. It takes all the stress out of the technological side of the business. I'm very happy with the service.

I can't say enough good things about Ray and Ralph at InBlue IT! We needed to assess our internal networking connection and wireless network with a new server environment. They more than exceeded our expectations with how well it works and how responsive the entire team has been. I have been searching for someone to repair my security cameras for my place of business. Initially I had inquired this repair with another specialist however they didn't properly follow through. Just by chance and spark of yelp search I sent out an inquiry and instantly I was given a response. We scheduled a free analysis appointment and Ray was here on time and explained what needs to be done. I was pleased and gave the green light for the repair. Not sure where to start with Ray and Ralph... when we started we only had three computers and couple of employees. They helped us grow to now having 15 employees, 12 computers, a server, a VOIP phone system, 3 warehouses that are wirelessly connected and able to communicate with the server plus much more.
My point is they were great when we were small and got even bigger as we grew.
This morning I got a phone call from Ray that my ISP was down. He took charge and set up call forwarding for the phones, all our internal phones and credit card machines connected to our backup cell tower. Our server

Found these guys doing my local search on the internet, They came in and went over our issues and what we needed, gave us their expert short term fixes and a long term fix plans which was needed, also they suggested a savings on services and subscriptions for email, voice, Internet options, not to mention the clean out of old not used wires, cables, routers in our server room, they were able to switch us from stupid ATT and their horrible service and slow internet speed to a local internet provider with 5 times the speed at half price.
Mind you that we have been in business for 25 years worked
