When shopping for new insurance & asked for insurance estimate, they contacted me next day. They provided cost of same insurance coverage as currently have, discussed possible changes, & agreed to meet in person to review everything. Tim was very courteous in explaining everything to me.

I'm done with state farm. Can't say anything particular about Nicks office, except always read the fine print and he's the one who sold me the crap. I'll be calling for new insurance as soon as I'm done with my claim with them. I have had homeowners and multiple vehicles with them for over 6 years. In that time I've never filed a claim or had any… problems. Well someone stole a bunch of tools out of my truck. and though I have full coverage on my truck and my house, because I use the tools for work they are screwing me and will give me a max of $1500 because it's considered a business bullcrap

Nick is the best financial advisor out there if you need help he is the one to go to and tell him I sent you he will make it in terms you can understand whether your high-tech or grade school level he will get you through it in One in a Million I recommend him to everyone that is interested in a financial advisor he also sells car insurance life insurance he used to take pride and getting you into the program car insurance but now it seems you've gotten a little big for his britches he's not as friendly as he used to be that is a good fellow

Nick was a great guy and I used his insurance office for many years. I had 3 different accounts with him until recently. One of his employees used my personal information she accessed from his office for her… own personal use and was not fired. I spoke with him about it and he was fine with loosing me ( the customer) to keep his employee. He did have her return item the money so that's was a bonus. I still feel there should be zero tolerance for this type of behavior and I thought you had more integrity that that Nick. Anyone that thinks this behavior is acceptable is someone I don't want

I have been with Nicks office since 1997. I have been 110% satisfied and grateful to have them. One great memory I would like to share is from years ago. I was 19 with two young children. I was involved in an accident with an uninsured motorist. State Farm was at my office, came to me, the very next day to cut me a check for 2 new car seats. I… didn’t even have to ask. They even offered to help me go get them. They immediately took care of a rental car while the paperwork was in process. I was a single parent at the time working full time and I can’t express how insanely organized

My previous Insurance company raised the prices at each renewal. The only way I could lower my monthly price was to lower my coverage. I went to State Farm for a quote for apples to apples. They were $40.00 per payment cheaper. So, I raised my coverage to what it should have been and got a price lower than it was before my new increase. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for good service and better pricing on your insurance coverage.
