They have been doing my taxes for a long time and even if I already moved from Tulare County to LA County, I have stayed and retained their services. Carole is not just efficient and a real pro but she’s always available even if it’s not tax season and is always helpful in answering even non related tax issues.

I love the program Carol uses for taxes. She was patient and sent gentle reminders to get my things to her. I do wish we would have had a phone conversation at the end to explain everything and then get a full copy of the forms she filed. I need to find out how to access them and go through to see what expenses she put where.

My wife and I retained Carole to help us with our taxes when we lived in Visalia. Even after we moved to Orange County, we kept coming back to her. There are a lot of tax professionals in Orange County, but we just couldn't find anyone who was as knowledgeable, thorough, and personable as Carole.
This year, Carole went above and beyond. My student loan company unexpectedly advanced the deadline for my loan recertification. I needed my return filed ASAP. Not only that, but my return would be more complex because I started a business last year.
