Brought in a lawn tractor for repair of wiring as it wouldn't start- mouse damage - and a tune up. Took six weeks and when I got it back, $500 later, it would only run at full throttle. It ran fine before the mouse damage. Had a new carburetor on it but after complaining, they said I needed a new carburetor for another $300 and did not believe that it ran well before I brought it in. Part of the job was a tune up and if it only runs at full throttle, it's not tuned up.

The staff is nice but the price for labor is generally about what it would cost to buy a new one and the wait time is 3 weeks

After having a not so pleasant experience with the young Kid with the Major Attitude! I’ve decided to change my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. BECAUSE of how awesome the Lady was when I picked my Saws up. She is also who sold me my last Generator. I appreciate her high level of service!

Don't bring in a repair to these guys. They are only interested in selling you something new. Any repair they will try and convince you the cost would be equal to buying a new one

We have bought several items from them. Their customer service is great! We were in today in need of wheels for a very old Honda mower. They helped us figure out which wheels would actually work without spending a ton of money.

I bought an outboard motor here and it had an issue so I brought it in under warranty. It was leaking oil into the water and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it and gave it back. When I got it back they forgot to put the shift linkage back together so I brought it in again and when I finally got it back it did not run. I would rate them lower if I could.
