Sales people and shop was friendly enough but don't expect to get anything done with them. Bought a new 2019 sun tracker with fishing package. Found out later why there was no paperwork or manual with the depth finder, it is a 2016. No response form sales, the shop did make me a copy of a manual for the wrong one. Several calls to talk or meet with someone in charge met with no response. Nice till after the sale.

I have extreemly limited mobility as I am recovering from a very recent surgery then hospitialization and the team, including the GM met us as we drove in (on a holiday weekend) and made the whole familiarization and purchase process easy for us both. They made sure I never had to get more than a few feet from our truck, even hand carried the paperwork to me. Great people, fantastic experience!

I am very disappointed with the service team I dropped of my boat for low water pressure and when i spoke to them about it they informed me that they pressure check the gauge and lines and all was fine then they told me it was probably from a worn water pump and it wasn’t covered by the warranty even though the boat is less than a year old. So I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Airport Marine in Pelham and they told me if I was having low water pressure the pump would be covered but after they inspected the gauge and lines they found a hole in the water pressure line and replaced

Big difference between sales and service reviews. I suggest you carefully read service reviews before using Ducketts for service. Dropped my boat off for lower unit problem. Was told "they probably will not be able to look at it today" which was expected. 8 days later and little to no response I fired them. No one met us when picking up my boat, not a word spoken which speaks a thousand words! I recommend Tennessee Valley Marine in Athens Alabama. New lower unit, reasonable cost and TWO DAY TURN-AROUND. Mark the mechanic is excellent and responsive.

We stopped in during the Basscat Owners Invitational for a wheel bearing cap. Not only did they have what I needed, Mark installed it for me at no charge. He also pointed us in the right direction for our tournament. Although we didn't win we wouldn't have cashed a cheque without his guidance.
Thanks Mark!

So we bought a 2017 bass tracker from Duckett. We had a really good experience when they were selling us the boat. After one year it was time to service the boat and we had cosmetic issues with the boat. I was told I got what I paid for. I dropped off a running boat for service I got back a boat that would not crank. Switch was left on running battery completely down, batteries were not even strapped in. Battery cables could be turned with hand, connection was loose from charger. I had to take the boat to someone else to be fixed. I was told they may have left switch on but everything else was
