We had never been to a resort before. Chad and Teresa of engage vacations were ultimately the ones who made our trip as fantastic as it was. The amount of time and effort they put into communicating with us was… above and beyond what was expected. Thank you for what you do. We just used Chad Shields and Engage Vacations for an anniversary trip for 5 days to the Mayan Riviera and El Dorado Maroma. The trip was amazing! Never did we feel threatened or worried about Covid. … Actually felt safer in those regards while here than we do at home. I would not hesitate to book another trip with Chad and his team!
