Services
We are authorized dealers for Pfaff and Baby Lock and can service and repair almost all other brands as well. There are some exceptions, so, please call the store so we can let you know if you have a machine that we can repair. Sometimes, if you're in the middle of a project, we can help you right over the phone.
Pfaff boasts German engineering that began in 1862 as an industrial machine for factories. They began producing home machines in the late 1800's, and by 1910 they had sold their one millionth machine. Today they continue to produce the same quality machines that set them apart a century ago. Pfaff sewing machines give you the power to easily create whatever you can imagine.
Fabrics Etcetera is an authorized Baby Lock dealer. We carry the full collection of Baby Lock sewing, quilting, embroidery and serger machines. Browse our page to learn more about the Baby Lock collection. Come into the store to test them out. Our staff is very happy to demonstrate and answer any questions you have about the Baby Lock collection of machines.

I recently shopped at Fabrics Etcetera for fabric for my very first quilt. They have a vast selection, the store is well organized, and they couldn't have been any nicer. Marilyn very patiently helped me select coordinating fabrics, calculated how much I needed, and offered some welcome helpful advice. The fabric prices are fair too. I purchased a couple of charm packs from them for $16.99 and found the exact same ones on Amazon for $21.95. The yardage fabrics I bought were $9.95 and $11.95 per yard. When I was leaving, I noticed that their business hours had ended almost a half hour before

Because the employees were NOT nice and pleasant to each other and their customers, this store only gets a 2-star review. Would be 1-star but the fabric selection is good. The two ladies rushed to get me and my six fabrics cut and away from the cutting table, even though I was the only one getting fabric cut. Then they argued with each other over the price she quoted me on a sale fabric. I was so embarrassed for them!

The man who checked me out wasn't even cordial either. I saw and heard him talking to a sewing machine customer and he was also short and impolite to that customer.

They are seriously rude every time I go in there. I keep going back thinking they were having a bad the last time. I went there today at 3:00 (website says they close at 4:00) they were closed and I could see them, Marilyn was right there at the window ringing someone up, the husband sitting right there looking at his phone. They could see me, I was just going to ask what’s up closing early. They didn’t even have the decency to look up wave a “sorry we closed early today” or some sort of acknowledgment!!! I can get good fabric with a smile elsewhere!

Just ordered Wednesday, trying to shop local. Amazing service as always! These are the nicest folks around. And today my fabric arrive. So dang fast. I was short on my project but didn't have time to run to the shop. Shipping was cheap compared to other shops online. Thanks Fabrics Etcetera!

Great selection and wonderful customer service. During the pandemic a larger fabric store had a 3 hr line but Fabrics Etc let you come right up to the window to select fabrics from outside the store. They even called me back to say they found a fabric I was looking for. Will be back!

The owners are super nice and very helpful. I'm just picking up sewing and they were happy to answer any questions I asked. They're a little family owned business and it's always nice to spend money someplace that is local. Their prices are fair and as I understand it they do lessons I'm pretty excited to check out once we get our current situation under control.

Love this store, been shopping here since way before it became a quilt shop. Current long time owners are both friendly and helpful, and staff is very knowledgeable. Excellent sewing machine servicing for all brands, not just the ones they sell. But if you need a new machine - you can be sure that any product they sell will be fully backed by them. If I could give more stars, I would!

I was hoping to have a better experience after reading all the positive reviews but I didn't. I went in with a simple question and all I received was a condescending attitude from the woman who was working there. She was just very rude. I was looking for a part to my sewing machine, I knew exactly what I wanted , I just wanted to see it in person and buy it locally instead of buying it online. The woman talked to me as if I knew nothing about sewing machines. I really regret going in there because I was ready to spend my money because she also had some really nice fabrics and I guess instead

I love shopping at this store. They have a great selection of fabric and quilting supplies. They also have a good selection of classes and I have taken several of them. They are all organized and well thought out and the teachers have been great. They carry Accuquilt and Baby Lock which are two of my favorite things. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

I've purchased top-of-line Pfaff sewing machines here for years plus specialty Baby Lock machines and been very happy. But now I'm finding when I really need a specific fabric for a project that Fabrics Etc is the one shop in town that has it. AND I never have to worry about the quality of the fabric.

My daughter had a great time participating in the summer camp. She was brand new to sewing and the instructors were so kind to her and helped her get acclimated. She enjoyed the class and uses her creations regularly. Would love for her to take more classes here!

Lots of nice fabric. They offer a wide variety of classes. Unfortunately, don't try attend classes if you have a service animal. I have an extremely well trained service dog but the instructor is afraid of dogs so I was not able to sign up for a class. The instructor hid in the bathroom the entire time I was there looking at fabric. She would not even come out and meet us. I went in to purchase fabric for multiple quilts and sign up for a few classes. I was told she wanted to come out of hiding in the bathroom so I needed to hurry along. I ended up not purchasing anything and will NOT go back there

My wife is a devoted (obsessed?) quilter. She gave me the four star rating and provided this review.

They have a wonderful selection of fabrics, books, patterns, etc for your quilting needs. Their fabric selection includes civil war reproductions, batiks, novelty prints, etc, etc. They carry Pfaff sewing machines and Tutto rolling carts.

I am not sure why this is called Fabrics Etcetera. It should really be called Quilting Etcetera. The whole store is based on the needs of quilters. They have quilting books, special quilting sewing machines with computerized embroidering, and only cotton fabrics.

I am a cosplayer. I make a lot of costume of all different types. My next costume requires me to use silk or a cheaper sleek fabric. I was disappointed going into this store because they only have cotton fabrics.

If you are looking for cotton fabrics though this is the place to go! They have every color and every design. They even

My sewing machine quit sewing 2 days ago. I brought it to Mark at Fabric Etcetera and he fixed the problem within a day - unlike another store in the area, which had my machine for over a month a year ago. When I picked it up, Mark explained what was wrong, how he fixed it, and that it wasn't necessary to replace any parts - so I wasn't over charged. In the future, I will be trusting my machine to no one else!
