Dr. John DePalma has been serving patients at Burlington County Foot and Ankle Associates for 25 years. A proud New Jersey native, Dr. DePalma grew up in nearby Waterford. He graduated from Bishop Eustace Preparatory School in Pennsauken, then enrolled at Albright College in Reading, PA. During his sophomore year, he spent some time with a cousin who was a podiatrist and instantly fell in love with the profession.

Being diabetic, that to avoid complications, it's very important that my feet be examined frequently. Dr DePalma and his staff make my experience as safe and as uncomplicated as possible. They have reacted to safeguarding patients from exposure to the Covid Virus like no other medical facility that I've visited. They exhibit true "patient first" care, and would highly recommend Dr DePalma for footcare needs.

A very gratifying experience. I changed from a podiatrist in Marlton, NJ to this practice. I found it through an Internet search. I lucked out completely. Dr. DePalma is awesome...thorough, friendly, professional, and patient-oriented. My feet feel better than they have in years. Dr. Fillari demonstrates not only a high degree of professionalism and confidence, but does it in a friendly easygoing manner that puts you at ease. His most important quality - after of course being an extremely educated, knowledgeable and skillful doctor - is his willingness to listen to his patents and really understand their medical history. He is able to see the wholeness of the situation and make decisions based on a broad base of information, despite being in a very specific discipline. Dr. DePalma has been fantastic working with me to treat an incredible stubborn wart with a lot of callous on the bottom of my upper foot. We did various treatments that helped to minimize it but it continued to come back until he suggested a new treatment. He is the only foot doctor in an hour radius to have a Swift machine. One treatment with it and the wart is finally gone...and after 8 weeks has not come back! I highly recommend Dr. DePalma!

After years of searching for a podiatrist that could keep my feet pain free, my family physician recommended Dr. DePalma and I am so glad. Dr. DePalma gently and thoroughly takes care of my toenails so that they do not become ingrown, and he removes my corn. His assistant even gives me a soothing foot massage at the end. They keep my feet happy!

I was referred by a friend to see Dr. Fillari at Burlington foot and ankle, after being with the same podiatrist for 15 years for nagging toe issues. I couldn’t believe the difference in care and professionalism. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating while Dr. Fillari answered all of my questions before my procedure and proceeded to execute it at a amazingly high level. I highly recommend Dr. Fillari to anyone who wants to be rid of foot discomfort and pain once and for all.
